Scores and Study Scores: Where to Find Them

Score in the "location" table of the catalog means the item is printed music intended for performance use—that is, solo works or performance sets for chamber music. These are located in the open stacks beginning halfway down the Library's corridor.

Study Score means the item is a miniature score (MIN.SC.) or large full score (LG.SC.), intended for study, not performance, purposes. These are located in the stacks in the back of the Library.

Oversized scores (call numbers beginning with "Ovrsz.") are located on the bottom shelves in the back of the Library.
